Sodwana Bay Lodge

Sodwana Bay Lodge is located in the heart of Maputaland, close to the pristine Lake Shazibe nestling behind the world's highest natural dunes.
House #62 is snugly positioned amidst the lush coastal bush of Northern Natal, South Africa, and is of wooden construction, with a thatched roof.
The outside entertainment area is large and the front deck sits high in the tree line truly putting you in touch with nature.
The kitchen has all the equipment needed to make your stay easy and pleasurable.
The bedrooms are cosy and all are fully air-conditioned.
Two bedrooms have two single beds each, serviced by a bathroom, whilst the front two bedrooms have queen size beds and bathrooms en-suite.
These rooms open up onto the front deck.
All beds have mosquito nets.
The bedrooms are comfortable and fully equipped with bedding.
There is easy access to the house with private parking right outside.
The house deck is situated within the tree line, affording a secluded atmosphere.
The lodge and all of the houses are connected by a wooden walk way. A six minute casual walk will take you to the restaurant and bush bar, which are situated in the central area near the reception.
This private house has it's own pool, which is approximately 1 minute's walk through the trees, allowing you to relax without the hassle of crowds.
There is a large deck area for relaxing, with a gas braai to facilitate easy cooking whilst allowing you to still be a part of nature!
The house is fully serviced, allowing for an even more relaxing time on holiday. All that is required is for you to bring your own towels.
Should you wish to eat out, there is a restaurant inside the lodge as well as a number of others within a 3km radius.
The lounge area is large and comfortable - simply take along your DSTV card if you wish to watch television.
An attractive beach is 5km from the lodge in the Isamangaliso Nature Conservancy.
Sodwana is also within easy driving distance of a number of amazing game reserves including Mkhuze, Phinda & the Hluhluwe Umfolozi Park.
'House 62' is priced at R2000.00 per night. Bookings are confirmed once a 50% deposit/payment is made.
